Ingredients:
500 gr oxtail, crosscut according to its internode ut the ruasnya

3 pcs potatoes, crosscut eight
2 pcs carrots, crosscut 3 cm
1 stem onion leaf, thinly sliced
1 stem celery, fasten node
4 pcs clove
4 pcs red onion
2 pcs garlic
Salt
Pepper
Complement:
50 gr fry emping
1 tea spoon fry onion
Bh 1 tomato, cross cut eight
How to make:
• Saute of onion and garlic until fragrant
• Put an oxtail, poke at till turn colours
• Put the water cook until soft and mature
• Filter beef broth, re-put the oxtail with potatoes, carrots, spring onion, celery, cloves.
• Cook until the boil again and give the salt and pepper sufficiently
• Serve soup by spreading emping and fried onions.
