TEMPE MENDOAN
Ingredients:
400 g tempe, sliced thin, cut a small box shape
200 gr wheat flour
300 ml of water
2 stem onions leaves, sliced thin
Oil to fry
Fine spices:
4 cloves garlic
4 cloves onion
1 ½ tsp coriander
2 cm greater galingale (ina = kencur)
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
How to make:
1. Mixed flour with spices fine, water, and onions leaves. Stirred average.
