CHICKEN CURRY



Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut become 20
1 tomato, cut
2 cm ginger plant (ina = lengkuas), is contused
2 stem lemongrass (ina = Serai), is contused
3 sheets orange leaves (ina = daun jeruk), is ripped
1500 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
1 ½ spoon salt
½ tsp sugar
Oil need to sauté (ina = menumis)

Fine spices:
6 grains onion
2 cloves garlic
3 grains hazelnut
3 cm turmeric
1 tsp coriander
How to make:
1. Stir fry of seasoning fine, tomatoes, ginger plant, lemongrass and orange leaves until fragrant.
2. Add of coconut milk. Boil.
3. Put the chicken, cooking until the boil again.
4. Add salt and sugar. Cook until the sauce oily.

For 20 pieces.
