GOAT KRENGSENGAN



Ingredients:


200 gr goat meat
1 leaf stem onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp sweet ketchup
50 ml of water
3 tbsp vegetable oil


Fine spices:


3 cloves garlic
2 grains, onion
Adequate salt
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cm ginger plant (ina = lengkuas), is contused
1 stem lemongrass (ina = Serai), is contused


Accessory:


Adequate white rice
Adequate Fried onion


How to make:


1. Stir-fry until fragrant spices finely. Add the sweet ketchup.
2. Put the goat meat, onions leaf, and water. Cook until the meat is soft.
3. Lift and serve with the accessories .

For 2 portions.
