EMPAL GEPUK
Ingredients:
500 g beef, boiled half-baked, cut box shape with 5 cm diameter, is contused
100 ml thick coconut milk from coconuts ½
2 stem lemongrass (ina = Serai), is contused
3 sheet bay (ina = daun salam)
1 spoon alpine galangal (ina =lengkuas) is contused
1 tsp tamarind water
1 ¾ tsp salt
700 ml of stock
Fine spices:
8 grains, onion
3 cloves garlic
40 g demerara (ina = gula merah)
How to make:
1. Boiled spices fine with stew meat broth, bay, alpine galangal, and coconut milk.
2. Add tamarind water and salt. Put meat which has contused .
Boiled until the meat is really tender and the flavor permeate. Lift.
3. After the meat is cold, fried meat until brownish.
For 10 pieces.
