Ingredients:
100 gr rice flour
1 egg
175 ml of milk from coconuts ¼
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
2 sheets orange leaves (ina = daun jeruk), thinly sliced
100 gr peanut, split 2
Fine spices:
2 cloves garlic
2 grains hazelnut
3 cm greater galingale (ina = kencur)
½ tsp coriander
How to make:
1. Mix fine spices, flour, and eggs.
2. Add coconut milk, salt, sugar, and orange leaves.
3. Take a spoon of dough. Add a little peanut.
4. Cast to the edge hot frying pan. Flush with oil heat. Fry until crispy.
For 220 grams.
