Jerky yeast



Ingredients:

750 g has the meat, thinly sliced ½ cm broad
1 grated raw coconuts
2 cm ginger plant (ina = lengkuas), is contused
5 esheet orange leaves, the bone is discarded
500 ml water
5 tbsp vegetable oil

Fine spices:
12 grains of red onion
6 cloves garlic
5 tsp coriander
3 tsp demerara (ina =gula merah)
1 tsp sugar
4 ½ tsp salt

How to make:

1. Cut meat 7x7 cm. At-flaring at the meat thinly.
2. Toss the meat, fine spices, ginger plant, orange leaves, and coconut. Mixed average.
3. Add the oil. Cook until the fire changed color.
4. Cast a little bit of water while stirred up meat-piggledy soft and dry.
