KULUYUK CHICKEN





Ingredients:

300 gr chicken fillet
1 tsp nipis orangeade (ina = air jeruk nipis)
1 tsp salt
75 g starch flour
Adequate cooking oil

Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
½ pce leek, sliced large
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 red chilies, sliced bevel
1 onion leaf stems, sliced 3 cm
½ red tomato fruit, slices of the box shape
3 spoon tomato sauce
75 g carrot, slices of oblique
75 g pineapple slices as a fan
300 cc broth
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp flour starch

How to make:

  1. Smear chicken with the nipis orangeade, Leave for 10 minutes, wash again.
